Yorkshire is not holding off on food events this month…

Kicking-off October is the monthly Peddler Food Event in Sheffield on the 5th and 6th October. With free entry you can expect local makers, shakers, brewers n’ skewers located on Burton Road’s ex-industrial warehouse. Between 5-11pm you can explore mouth-watering street food, craft beers and cocktails while jammin’ to live music. Children are welcome but beyond 8pm the evening becomes much more drink-focused. Additionally, for those who love a Mai Tai, there is a ‘Tiki Cocktail Masterclass’ session. For just £10 you can make and enjoy 3 drinks as well as a queue-jump pass. Available slots and tickets can be found here.

Swiftly following is the Belgrave Feast in Leeds on Saturday 13th October, a child and dog-friendly event where you can get your foodie-fix between 11am and 11pm with free entry for all. With some of the North’s finest food vendors, there will be 3 floors of food, including a roof terrace with plenty of veggie and vegan options. If you have a sweet tooth, there are some mouth-watering treats to really indulge yourself. There is also a range of local arts, crafts and music to get a real festival experience! Don’t worry if you can’t make the October date, it’s open on the 2nd Saturday of every month, so you never have to miss out.
